H:F partnered with the Xeinadin board and their private equity owners to define the brand vision for the future and to create a messaging plan that guides communication with different stakeholders including investors, clients, colleagues and potential acquisitions.
The brand proposition was informed by insights from Xeinadin’s SME clients, who highlighted to H:F that building a business is a journey – just like life. Both full of opportunities and challenges. Partnering with SMEs and individuals at every stage of their financial journey to help them achieve business and personal success is at the very heart of the Xeinadin brand and guided the development of the Mission, Vision, Values and Strapline.
