H:F partnered with the site owners, Decimus Real Estate, throughout the development process from feasibility stage through to launch. We carried out consumer research and developed the brand strategy; we created the brand name and visual identity; and we developed the brand and sales collateral including the Oaks Prague and PGA National websites.
H:F has continued to work as brand guardians during the sales and construction phase. The first phase of the development is now complete and Phase 2 is underway.
