The UK retail letting market has been experiencing a period of consolidation with the larger quoted agency groups exerting their influence in a market under considerable pressure.
Lunson Mitchenall have always punched above their weight and H:F’s role was to secure and reinforce this positioning. Emphasising that experience and that smaller scale delivers better results in this specialist sector, a positioning was agreed around the proposition of ‘Retail Savvy’.
To echo this positioning all aspects of Lunson Mitchenall’s communications, from logo to website and social media, were revamped by the H:F team. Internal engagement activities were introduced to increase the level of integration of younger and newer team members, emphasising the culture of character and Lunson Mitchenall as the preferred agency to work for.
Going on from these activities H:F were commissioned both to refurbish Lunson Mitchenall’s existing offices in St James and to provide unique brand graphics for new offices in London’s Covent Garden.
