Having successfully grown the business over recent years, the Board appointed H:F to review the brand to ensure it stays relevant to guests in the future. Through audits, interviews, workshops, employee discussion groups, and customer focus groups, we came to understand what makes Comptoir Libanais so special to the people who love it.
At the heart of the experience is Comptoir Libanais’s ability to transport guests to a happy place in their minds, through the brand’s eclectic, sunny design; unobtrusive and friendly ‘Lebaneasy’ service; and the generous and reliable experience of Middle Eastern cuisine it offers, based on the Lebanese joy of sharing.
With a clear idea of what sets them apart, H:F developed an action plan in partnership with the team, and created an illustrated brand book, to support everyone who represents Comptoir Libanais to bring the brand to life and achieve its mission — to make Lebanese food and way of life as widely understood and enjoyed as Italian is today.
