The demand levels of the real estate market in Berlin and in historic Charlottenburg are higher than ever. With this, investors and developers are abundant and each looking to be key players in the area’s regeneration. In a sector teeming with competition how do residential developers set themselves apart?
No.1 Charlottenburg is a high-end residential development on the banks of the River Spree conceived and created by award-winning independent developers Cannon & Cannon. H:F was tasked with creating a brand strategy and identity that aligned with and strengthened this luxury proposition in a fiercely competitive market. With a detailed discovery process including stakeholder interviews, site audits, precedent research and key resident demographics, we created a Brand Vision with its supporting rationale and expressed this in a suite of creative collateral including an identity.
The brand builds heavily on the provenance of the adjacent historic KPM Porcelain Works. KPM is an acknowledged brand of the very highest quality in production since 1763. No.1 Charlottenburg borrows the iconography of the KPM brand and the exquisite forms of its world-famous porcelain ranges.
